PIWH's Physicians

Partners in Women’s Healthcare is comprised of 9 physicians which include 3 female obstetrician/gynecologists and 6 male obstetrician/gynecologists. All are Board Certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecologists. Collectively they have 160 years of service in the community.

Brian E. Cohen, MD

Dr. Cohen has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science degree in chemical toxicology from George Washington University.

He conducted cancer chemotherapy research for two years resulting in 10 publications and several awards. Dr. Cohen received his MD degree from the University of Maryland in 1989.

Robert delRosario, MD

Dr delRosario has a Bachelor of Science degree in both Chemistry and Psychology from Dickinson College. He received Masters in Medical Biochemistry and Doctor of Medicine (M.D, ) degrees from Hahnemann University. He also completed his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hahnemann University Hospital. As chief resident at Hahnemann, he received awards as top chief resident of the year as well as administrative chief resident of the year. In 2013, he was acknowledged as a "Healthcare Heroes" finalist by Central Penn Parent's Magazine in the category of Women's Health and Wellness. He joined Partners in Women's Healthcare in 2000.

Rose N. Eskin, MD

Dr. Eskin has a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University. She received her MD degree from Temple University in 1993 and completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at George Washington University in 1997. Since then she has been providing services in the community.

Margaret L. Grotzinger, MD

Dr. Grotzinger has a BA degree in Chemistry from Goucher College in Towson, Maryland. She received her M.D. degree from The Milton S. Hershey Medical Center of The Pennsylvania State University in 1985. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology internship and residency at The Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Russell R. Janson, MD

Dr. Janson has a Bachelor of Science degree from Brown University and a Master of Science degree from Drexel University. He received his MD degree from Temple University in 1981. He received his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at Lankenau Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Janson has been providing services in the community since 1986.

Thomas C. O'Malley, MD

Dr. O'Malley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.  He began a career in engineering with RCA Missile and Surface Radar prior to completing medical school at the Penn State College of Medicine in 1990.  He completed post graduate residency training at the Lankenau Hospital in Philadelphia.  Dr. O'Malley has been practicing medicine in the community since 1994.

Amanda Powell, DO

Dr. Powell has a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology and Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, OH.  She received her DO degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008.  She will complete her Residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center, Reading PA in June 2012.

Scott M. Readence, MD

 

Dr. Scott Readence has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry from Case Western Reserve

University. He earned his MD degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine from 1999-2003. He received his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Milton S Hershey Medical Center from 2003-2007.

Thomas E. Wallin, MD

Dr. Wallin has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology degree from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He received his MD degree also from the University of Minnesota in 1977. He received his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine and the University of Minnesota. Dr. Wallin has been providing services in the community since 1981.
